Price Breakdown - Adapting Service

Why do I see an "Adapting Service" cost as part of the product's price breakdown?

When you purchase a product, you are actually buying the original toy plus paying for our adapting service to modify the toy and install the switch jack(s). The item's price displayed is the total cost, including the original toy, switch jacks, and the adaption service costs.

By offering the adaption as a service, we stay legally compliant and are able to provide these switch-adapted modern toys to those who need them!

How soon will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 3 business days.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after an order is shipped for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For a return to be accepted, you must contact Accessible Toys BEFORE returning!

Is there a Warranty?

Yes! While our Adapting Service violates the original manufacturer warranty, Accessible Toys offers a 60-day warranty period from the date of shipment for any defects. Within the warranty period, a defective item will be repaired or replaced if a repair is not possible. You must contact usBEFOREreturning an item for repair.
