Dj Bouncin' Beats is WILD and CRAZY! Our Adapting Service includes adding TWO accessible switch jacks which allow you to activate both the Music Button and the ABC/123 button. Once activated, this toy lights up with various colors, talks, sings, and best of all, JUMPS LIKE CRAZY! We are sure this toy will make everyone smile and laugh - it does us every time we activate it.
Cycle through 75+ songs, sounds, tunes, and phrases. DJ can still be activated through the original method of pressing buttons on top of his head or through external switch presses.
The two added switch jacks are located on DJ's front-left side and accept the standard 3.5 mm plug found on most accessible switches (also known as adaptive switches or capability switches). The jack and wiring are high-quality and are added in a secure and durable method.
DJ Bouncin' Beats is 13” tall. The body and base are made of durable plastic and the ears are soft plush fabric. DJ runs on 4 x AA batteries (included and installed).
The DJ Bouncin' Beats is perfect for home play as well as occupational and speech therapy sessions, such as teaching cause-and-effect skills. He's our favorite toy in our shop so far!
Note - no accessible switches are included.
The DJ Bouncin' Beats toy is manufactured by Fisher-Price. We use a brand new toy but must take it out of the original packaging to perform our Adapting Service in our shop. We ship it placed back in its original packaging.
Please note - we now use an improved jack which looks slightly different than pictured in the product photos. The functionality and jack size is identical, but we now use jacks that come out on small black wire, 3" in length.
By purchasing, you acknowledge this item will be adapted through our Adapting Service and is purchased as-is. Our Adapting Service violates the original manufacturer warranty, but Accessible Toys offers a 60-day warranty period from the date of delivery for any defects. Within the warranty period, a defective item will be repaired or replaced if a repair is not possible. You must contact us first before returning an item for repair. Why do I see an "Adapting Service" cost as part of the product's price breakdown?
When you purchase a product, you are actually buying the original toy plus paying for our Adapting Service to adapt the toy and install the switch jack(s). The item's price displayed is the total cost, including the original toy, switch jacks, and the one-time Adaption Service costs.
By offering the adaption as a service, we stay legally compliant and are able to provide these modern switch-adapted toys to those who need them!
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 3 business days.
What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For a return to be accepted, you must contact Accessible Toys BEFORE returning!
Is there a Warranty?
Yes! While our Adapting Service violates the original manufacturer warranty, Accessible Toys offers a 60-day warranty period from the date of shipment for any defects.
